Our Inventory Overnight
Our parts and probe inventory is strategically designed to support immediate shipments to address any system downtime situation. We know the major problems that may arise with your system, and are prepared to handle them. In the event of an emergency situation we can also offer a hero kit. All of our parts are fully refurbished in-house and carry a 90 day warranty. Purchase with piece of mind, and always spend 30-60% less than the OEM.

Reliable Transducer Repair
Summit Imaging has developed an exceptional reputation in repairing transducers. We are renowned for our ability to repair complex TEE, Volumetrics 3D/4D, and Matrix probes. All repairs are preformed in-house, which enables us to control both the cost and quality of your repair. Our turn-around time is quick; however we may still offer our loaner program to ensure seamless operation at your site.
Complimentary Transducer Testing and Repair Evaluations
Summit Imaging offers complimentary probe repair testing and evaluation. Expect detailed results to be presented within 24 hours of the transducers arrival. All transducers are tested on live ultrasound systems to ensure true, accurate, and real world data. We repair transducers for all major ultrasound systems and have developed a niche in flex circuit and multiplexer technologies, thus resulting in a high repair success rate.
Loaner Program
To help alleviate the stress of a transducer gone awry, Summit Imaging can offer you a loaner. The loaner is pulled from our saleable inventory and can be shipped overnight to your location. We do not segregate our transducers for loaners, as we want to ensure that the repair process is as seamless as possible. Once the loaner is received, send in your transducer for a complimentary evaluation. The loaner will be kept throughout the duration of the repair process, allowing you to keep on with your busy schedule.

With Summit Imaging’s on-hand inventory, overnight shipping is a breeze. We support both FedEx and UPS shipping services. In an emergency situation where you need the system to be up same-day, we support courier service as well.
SI Hero Kit
Although the inability for us to narrow down the part(s) needed over the phone is a rare circumstance, we always want to be sure that your system is back up and running as fast as possible, thus we created a “Hero Kit”. The kit is an array of parts that via our telephone conversation we feel will be the answer to your technical challenge. When the hero kit is received, we will continue to troubleshoot until the issue is resolved. Pay only for the parts required, the rest can be sent back to Summit Imaging at no charge.
Summit Imaging wants to take a moment to highlight our ability to assist you with both the GE LOGIQ 9 and Vivid 7 systems. Our technical support team has earned the experience necessary to handle your questions and concerns. We have availability on all parts and transducers for exchange purchases. You may also want to take advantage of having your GE transducer repaired through our repair department, a service offered by few in the industry.
Summit Imaging offers a three day training course on a combination of the Philips iU22 and Phillips iE33 systems. Being that we specialize in these systems, our training course is your best choice. Classes sizes are kept small , to ensure that each biomed can absorb the knowledge intended. Training is scheduled throughout the year, and generally sells out. Here at Summit Imaging we take pride in our repair capabilities, and this quarter we would like to put emphasis on the UMB Assembly. We want to give you the opportunity to have your UMB repaired at a lesser cost than you would pay for an exchange.
