Summit Imaging offers many types of contracts to fit hospital needs for all ultrasound systems. We have tailored our offerings to accommodate your current workflow. Our most comprehensive offering is our Full Service Contract. This includes full coverage of your system and transducers. This is best applied when there are no clinical engineers on site and requires a Summit Imaging field service engineer to come to your location and service your system. Our Cooperative Service Agreement is discounted from the Full Service Agreement and also covers the system and transducers, but the on site clinical engineer performs all service. This is best applied where there is an on site clinical engineer that can work directly with our technical support team. Training of 2 biomeds is included in this agreement and it is our most popular solution. Please browse all the options below to determine which suits your needs. Full Service Agreement
Our Full Service Agreement is the most comprehensive of our selection. This agreement fully covers your system, its transducers, and the service to keep your system functional. If your system or transducer throws an error or exhibits any problem we will send our field engineer to your site to diagnose and resolve this. There is no limit to how many times we visit your site and will keep your system running. We also provide 2 scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits to ensure your system is always healthy. Loaners are available to address an emergency situation. Cooperative Service Agreement
Our Cooperative Service Agreement is the most popular of our selection. This agreement fully covers your system and its transducers and also provides 24 hour technical support. If your system or transducer throws an error or exhibits any problem your clinical engineer has full access to our technical support team 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our technical support team is renowned for its accuracy of diagnosis of systems over the phone and will overnight you the part or transducer you need to resolve your issue. If we cannot diagnose down to a single part we will overnight a hero kit to provide the highest probability repair the next day. Loaners can be delivered to the down site in special circumstances. Parts Only Agreement
Our Parts Only Agreement is coverage of your system. This agreement fully covers your system and also provides 24 hour technical support. If your system throws an error or exhibits any problem your clinical engineer has full access to our technical support team 24 hours a day. If we cannot diagnose down to a single part we will overnight a hero kit to provide the highest probable repair. In the event a probe fails on your system we provide discounted pricing on all your probe repairs. Transducers Only Agreement
Our Transducers Only Agreement covers your selected transducers. Loaners are available to keep your system running during the repair process without suffering downtime.
