Technical Support Center
Our technical support center plays a key role in the company’s success. This is a product of its high success rate, efficieny, and immediate availability to assist the biomedical engineer. Our technical support technician will guide the biomed through troubleshooting, diagnosis, and parts installation over the telephone. The purpose of our team is to try and eliminate the need for a healthcare facility to outsource a service call and instead utilize its own biomedical team to resolve the issue. This is a very efficient approach to minimize system downtime as it takes advantage of the healthcare facility’s infrastructure and our knowledge. The biomedical engineer can be on the phone and in front of the system immediately.
Troubleshooting of the system starts right when the phone call is placed with our team. A diagnosis can generally be determined within 30 minutes of the initial phone call. Our team appropriately ships out the part or hero kit that will address the issue. Once the part has been delivered we are then readily available to help the clinical engineer with installation.
Call our Technical Support Center for assistance at 1-866-586-3744.
