Summit Imaging partnered with the North Central Biomedical Association and discussed critical topics about managing a modern team. With the upcoming surge of retirement of clinical engineers and emerging students from biomedical schools there is a significant gap that needs to be bridged for a smooth transition for healthcare facilities. Summit Imaging has developed and implemented several techniques to build these communication bridges and shares this knowledge during the presentation.
